- From 1983 to 1986 worked in the Ferghana region as a teacher at school № 18;
- From 1987 to 2000 a teacher of art drawing, Deputy director for the mainaviyat-marifat, Deputy director for the educational part, temporary substitute of director of school № 64 in Tashkent;
- From 2000 to 2002 a Director of secondary school № 113 in Tashkent;
- From 2008 to 2010 a head teacher of school № 147 in Tashkent;
- From 2010 to 2019 a teacher of art and drawing in the «Oltin Qanot»;
- In 1989 was rewarded for excellent creative work with the younger generation and was awarded a ticket to the “Teacher of Uzbekistan Train” in order to exchange experience;
- Worked closely with the Police Department for Minors ‘ affairs;
- In 2002 was awarded the honorary diploma of the administration of Mirzo Ulugbek district for active work and education of the younger generation;
- During her career, her students took honorary places in regional and city subject Olympiads in drawing. Pupils repeatedly participated in exhibitions dedicated to the holiday “Navruz” and ” Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan»;
